Florida Rock Shrimp
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds Florida rock shrimp, split and deveined
1/2 cup margarine, melted
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Lemon Butter Sauce
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons Florida Lemon juice
Combine margarine and lemon juice; heat thoroughly.

Instructions:
Preheat grill for high heat.
Lay rock shrimp flat on a grill broiler pan with meat exposed. Baste with margarine;
sprinkle with salt, white pepper and paprika. Grill indirect of heat source for 2
minutes or until meat is opaque. Serve with Lemon Butter Sauce.
