Murdock Marinade
Ingredients:
1 part oil
2 parts soy sauce
2 parts Worcestershire sauce
Generous double dash basil
Generous double dash marjoram
Generous double dash rosemary
Instructions:
Marinade meat for one to two hours turning
occasionally. Good for steak, burgers, pork chops and chicken. For extra flavor
with red meat, boil remaining marinade, pour into clean pan and occasionally
dip or pour over red meat while grilling. You can do this with chicken, but
tends to make it very salty.
